The Girls Week Out

In July, Cee and I decided that Daddy/Mark wasn't being much fun at home, what with finishing his grueling term and getting his dissertation topic approved and such other non-fun things, so we decided to take a little trip with just the two of us and visit Utah one last time before we have to start getting Cee her own seat on the plane (totally lame-o).

We pretty much partied it up all week with some awesome peeps who know how to have a good time. Here's a few pics of our wild week.

Aunt Meg and the Janester are always up for some fun.
Apollo Burger is the place to be and Cee would definitely recommend the Mac n'Cheese.

In the rare dull moment, Cee and Janie were able to squeeze in some reading.

Cee also faced off with her arch nemesis, er I mean best friend, Marie.

More cousins, Taya and Beau, were party animals at the swimming pool.

A girl's week out isn't complete without seeing Grandma Adrienne. She rocks our socks!

Grandpa Richard delivered with an early birthday cake
(and relighting the candle three times so Cee could keep blowing it was the coolest).

Cee was even able to steer a pirate ship at Cherry Hill. We couldn't stay too long though since pirates are known to get a little carried away at times, even for us...

After the pirating adventure, I had a night out with the some of my old posse.
Goodbye Rach! Party hard in Japan!

The partying just didn't end. Catching up with Annie at the Rumbi.

Even with all that partying, Cee was the most distraught to leave my parents dog, Midnight.

We returned home just in time for Cee's 2nd birthday... but that's a party overload and will have to wait for another day. Thanks for the memories everyone! Next time, come party in our neck of the woods.

Hey, Ivy has that orange shirt that Cee is wearing!

And we love Cherry Hill :)

I'm impressed that you would take off...just the two of you, for a little vaca. Good times!
